Introducing What's New and the public Product Roadmap

You are looking at it! This page is the new home for every Pledgix release — new features, improvements, and fixes, all in one place.

Alongside it we launched the public Product Roadmap:

  • See what is coming — everything under review, planned, and in progress, ranked by votes.
  • Vote — sign in to the client portal and back the features that matter to your organization (Feedback & Roadmap in the account menu).
  • Suggest ideas — anyone can propose a feature right from the roadmap page.
  • Closed loop — when a requested feature ships, its roadmap card links straight to the announcement here.

Keep an eye on the megaphone icon in your portal navigation — it lights up whenever something new lands.

Newintegrations

Donary integration: pledges, charges, and voids sync automatically

Organizations running on Donary can now connect it directly to Pledgix.

  • Per-campaign connections — each campaign links its own Donary organization with its own credentials and a unique, secret webhook URL.
  • Live donation ingestion — pledges, charges, and voids arrive as donations in real time, including split payments across campaigns.
  • Safe by default — card charges land as pending verification and only count toward totals once confirmed; voids update the original donation automatically.
  • Test Connection — a one-click probe on the campaign integrations card verifies your credentials before anything syncs.

Set it up from your campaign dashboard under Integrations → Donary.

Newsupport

New Help Center with guides and built-in support tickets

Getting answers just got much faster:

  • Help Center — dozens of step-by-step guides covering campaigns, donations, payouts, billing, and more, searchable at pledgix.com/help and inside the client portal.
  • Support tickets — open a ticket from the portal Help page, attach screenshots, and keep the whole conversation in one thread. We target a first response within 48 hours.
  • Multilingual — the Help Center follows your language preferences.

SMS marketing: scheduling, admin broadcasts, and true delivery tracking

  • Scheduled sends — queue an SMS blast for later; campaign-side sends use the campaign time zone.
  • Per-recipient delivery tracking — every message now records delivered or failed per recipient (previously only failures were logged), with progress updating live while a blast runs.
  • Admin broadcast composer — staff can send global broadcasts and audit everything in one unified SMS log.
  • Fixed — Hebrew text no longer corrupts in CSV exports, and team blasts appear correctly in the Individual Messages view.

Recurring donations: a reliable monthly-giving engine

Monthly giving is the backbone of sustainable fundraising, so we rebuilt the engine behind it:

  • Scheduled charging — recurring pledges are charged on their schedule by a dedicated worker, with safe retries on failure.
  • Accurate accounting — every installment ties back to its pledge, so campaign totals and donor histories always reconcile.
  • Foundation for more — donor-facing recurring signup and management screens are on the roadmap.

Faster, smarter donations management

  • Instant loading — donations now page on the server, so campaigns with tens of thousands of donations open immediately.
  • Better filters — filter by payment provider, matching pool, and more; analytics and payouts read the same fast queries.
  • Refunds at a glance — a dedicated refunds KPI card keeps adjustments visible.
  • Totals you can trust — a deep audit of donation-total calculations fixed eight edge-case bugs around currency conversion and edits.
Improvedplatform

Pledgix speaks your language: full coverage in 5 languages

Every donor- and client-facing surface is now fully translated into English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, and French:

  • Campaign pages — language-prefixed URLs (like /he/your-campaign) with translated stories and correct right-to-left layout.
  • Client portal — settings, financials, billing, and the campaign wizard, with correct plural forms per language.
  • One language menu — a single language picker everywhere, and dates and numbers formatted per locale.
